Finance Manager, Benedicte Waaler, aged 40, contacted Simply Loft as she wanted to create a new master bedroom and en suite in her mid-terraced home in Penge, South East London. The main part of the build project took only eight weeks to complete, but with the added style choices the family decided on, including fitted wardrobes, the whole conversion was completed within three months.
Recently, the family had their home valued, and the property price has increased by £100,000 since they bought the house four years ago. The family did add a new garden office in 2018 but feel the loft conversion has undoubtedly increased the homes function, desirability, and value.
