Woodstock acquires LochAnna Kitchen

by Anna Startin

On 16th January 2024, Woodco Group, trading as Woodstock Trading Co. has acquired 100% of Faith Furniture Company Ltd (the parent company of LochAnna Kitchens) from Founder and Managing Director, Paul Jenkinson and the other shareholders.

LochAnna Kitchens is in its 10th year of trading and during this time has become a well-respected and trusted brand amongst its dealer network.  Through the hard work, commitment, and experience of its loyal team, LochAnna has steadily grown and now delivers more than 200 beautiful kitchens per month to a network of 100 dealers across the UK. Known for its dedication to the independent “KBB” retailers, LochAnna will continue to serve and drive excellence in this area of the industry.

After 40 years, Paul Jenkinson hasn’t lost any passion for the industry but in planning for his future he wanted to find a like-minded business to take LochAnna Kitchens on the next phase of its journey. Based in Hereford, Woodstock Trading Co. is the manufacturer and distributor of Calypso Bathroom Furniture and Veldeau Bathroom Furniture. With over 20 years’ experience in designing and supplying beautiful bathroom furniture, Woodstock remains a family-owned company and is fully committed to providing an unparalleled customer experience in both service and products. Woodstock’s ethos means they offer quality, friendliness, professionalism, company spirit and care in every facet of their business.

Paul Jenkinson said: “Woodstock and LochAnna have very similar cultures, and Woodstock have strong ambitions to bring their experience into the kitchen industry. Having spent a lot of time with its business leaders Ben Doouss, (Founder and Chairman), Mark Doouss (CEO) and Alex Seaborn (Managing Director) I knew the LochAnna brand would go from strength to strength as part of the group”.

Ben Doouss, Founder and Chairman of Woodstock said: “We are delighted to welcome LochAnna Kitchens to the Woodstock family. This an exciting next step for Woodstock and LochAnna, and we will continue to work hard to add value to both brands and customers of both businesses. Paul and his dedicated team have built a truly remarkable brand that values quality and service. This year, will be very much business as usual; we are keen to work with the LochAnna team to build on their understanding of the kitchen industry and will add value and investment where and when it’s required.”

Based in Bolton, the LochAnna team will continue to manage customer and supplier relationships meaning customers will see very few changes in 2024. Jenkinson will stay involved in the business to help guide product strategy and customer relationships. The LochAnna Design Centre in Bolton, which first launched in 2022, will remain an open and valuable resource for the business as well as trade customers and consumers.

The announcement comes at a dynamic time for LochAnna Kitchens. In 2024 it will celebrate its 10th anniversary; exhibit at KBB Birmingham, and launch two incredibly exciting new collections. The first of the launches, “LochAnna Handmade” will be revealed to the market in early February with a whole new exciting brochure planned for April.
