The Yale Mustang Espag and Shootbolt window locks are the latest products to join the Yale-branded portfolio of products. Historically this range sat within the Trojan portfolio, but following significant redesign and improvement to offer enhanced security the product now rightfully fits within the Yale range.
Paul Atkinson, Managing Director for Yale, comments: “Our Mustang window lock is the ideal choice for aluminium and timber systems. We’ve made additional enhancements to the gearbox providing improved strength and rigidity. It also now benefits from the recognition of quality and trust that comes with the Yale name and comes supplied complete with Yale branded cover caps.”
The Mustang Slim Line Shootbolt variant has an ultra-slim off-set gear box which is ideal for face mounting on flat profiles. Only a 6.5mm wide cavity is required, allowing it to fit onto profiles with the slimmest of sightlines. Stainless steel construction offers ultimate corrosion resistance and only five sizes are required to fabricate sashes from 350mm to 1400mm with an extension bar available to achieve even larger sizes or off-set handle positions.
Due to the Mustang Slim Line Reverse Espag’s ultra slim off-set gear box, it is the ideal choice for aluminium and timber systems. It can be supplied as a kit, complete with keeps accommodating most profiles and its twin reverse action cams provide high security locking.
